These games are all designed to get you out and about in the areas relevant to them. They use your phone and an app called What3Words to help you navigate your way around. Each game uses it differently and each location has unique questions. Correct answers point you in the right direction. Wrong answers could lead to disaster! The great thing about these games is that you can enjoy them either on your own or with other people. Each game can be played on your own, with a small group or people or in teams competing against each other. Enjoy as a couple, as a work team event, get your youth or church group together for a team building exercise or see who's team can get to the end the fastest. Play as a way to find out more about a new city, or further explore the city you already live in. More details on how best to enjoy each game is provided upon purchase of any game type.

All of our games revolve around the use of a smart phone which has GPS capability. For some games you will also need a camera (smart phone camera would be ideal). You may also find it handy to have a notepad app on your phone or a physical notepad and pen to jot down any answers that you get. A mobile battery charger will also keep your phone going, make sure you make it to the end! All of our games involve being outside in the elements. You are advised to dress appropriately for the weather and do not take any risks when playing.

Full guidance will be provided upon a successful purchase, detailing what steps you can take to make this a completely offline experience. The technology we use can all be managed without an internet connection once it is setup. You can also print out the hunts and any maps and guides that are provided, if you so wish. You will still need to use a mobile device with GPS capability to manage the navigation as this relies on the What3Words service, but this can be managed offline as well.

The certificates will automatically populate themselves with the name of the person who created an account with us. To create a certificate with another person's name, or to get certificates for multiple team members, use the 'Get In Touch' form below. Add in your Order No. from the first email you received from us and provide the names you wish to have added. We will send out the certificates for you via the email address registered to that order.

You may have one of the answers incorrect, or something may have changed since your game was last checked by one of our team. We try to base our games on details that we expect to be in place and available at all times but this is often out of our control. In the case that you are really stuck and cannot proceed to the next location without getting the correct words, you have two options: 1 - Contact us using the 'Get In Touch' section below and we will reply to your email as soon as we are able. Include your Order No. from your first email and which question you are stuck on. We can send you the next location words and make sure that this location is fixed for the next time. 2 - Try some other words. Put some different combinations of the three words into the What3Words app. It is usual that only one of them is local to you. There are 27 different combinations for each question so it will not take long to find the next location.

All of our games can be paused at any time, and picked up again at a later date. Simply make a note of where you are in the game, and continue it when you are able to. If you are playing a team game, its best to advise the person managing the game that you need to stop.
